The best running shoes for the casual runner
When it comes to running shoes, I’ve literally tried dozens of different ones; but after every purchase, I keep coming back to my favorite shoe, the Brooks Ghost. I think I’ve had at least 10 pairs of the Brooks Ghost throughout the years. Here are a list of my top two favorite running shoes:
Brooks Ghost
I usually have at least 2 pairs of Brooks Ghost running shoes on hand. I replace them after about ~500 miles.
Allbirds Tree Runner
Allbirds are some of the most comfortable shoes around. I wore Allbirds when I went on a trip to Germany and walked over 70 miles and never once did I complain about my feet hurting. I wear my Allbirds when I go on long family walks so i’m not wearing out my Brooks Ghost shoes.
